Peter Sagan has mathematically secured a sixth Tour de France green jersey as his closest rival Alexander Kristoff grabed only 170 points after stage 16 while Peter boasts with 452 points. As there are not enough points in the remaining stages to overcome Peter’s result, Peter will have in Paris a green jersey in case nothing unexpected happens and Peter will not have a crash or will not miss the time limit in the mountain stages.
